WORSHIP
Worship is the grounding center of congregational life. In worship, we share transformative experiences which remind us of our shared values, renew our spirits, and support our deepening understanding of ourselves and the world in which we live. Worship is always a collaborative endeavor among worship leaders, but also with all those whose presence builds the gathered community. As a living, responsive experience, I seek to create liturgies that retain familiar touchstones each week, but that also shift and change as needed in particular moments or for specific purposes. In this way, I understand worship to be an opportunity for communal conversation that not only impacts individuals but shapes collective understandings within the congregation.
